java SunScreen GUI

This is a first pass at a stand-alone GUI for SunScreen, sun's firewall, to eventually replace non-robust sun one. Funily enough, it is also written in java. However, it is "java done right": a stand-alone, AWT-only application.

Right now, things are at a pre-pre-alpha state. It is read-only information, and only displays a very limited sub-set of information. That being said, it should give you a feel for how things will eventually progress, and allow you to make comments, or possibly join in the effort.
